<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Why Breast cancer survivors should not carry heavy weights</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The goal is to prevent lymphedema, a painful and unsightly swelling of an arm or leg that can occur near the site where lymph nodes have been removed or damaged by radiation.</p>
