History of Atkins Weight Loss Diet

After successfully treating over ten thousand patients, he popularized the Atkins diet in a series of books, starting with Dr. Atkins’ Diet Revolution in 1972.

    I’ve no time for many who eat like pigs after which look for magic pills, diets and programs. If you eat too much, you will be fat no mater what. And i am not especially slim but I do jog and feel healthy, without feeling hungry all the time. Get a grip people!

    Eggs, butter, bacon, milk? Sounds more like a diet for a heart attack, high cholesterol, and fat too. I hope if you eat this regularly you have a really good cardiologist.
