    Thanks for posting this video. I’m a beginner and am experiencing shin splints. I was advised to build my shin muscles and this video has shown me how. I will be sure to explore the rest of your blog. The idea of running a marathon is terrifying to me, but also something I’d like to do before I die.     Hi mate, i appreciate you posting this im 23 and have been getting shin splints in my own personal training prior to recruit training. Its nice to have exercises to perform in the time that its not possible to do running.
