Running Benefit: Runners are Healthier & Live Longer

Time magazine have an article that claims scientist have proven that running can make you live longer.

The study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine tracked two groups of people — “ever-runners” and “never-runners” — over two decades beginning in 1984.

After 21 years of following the two groups, 15% of the runners had died, compared with 34% of the non-running group.The runners also reported fewer disabilities than their non running collegues.
